About TSUNAHASHI

A binational operation,
two equal partners.

We aim to be a training-led talent infrastructure — not "introduction-and-done." The Indonesian training institution and TSUNAHASHI Inc. (the Japanese support and placement entity) operate as financially independent, equal partners.

Message

Treating people as people,
not numbers.

Japan's labor shortage is no longer cyclical — it is structural. Meanwhile, many Indonesian young people want to work earnestly, learn a craft, and one day contribute back home with what they've learned.

TSUNAHASHI is our attempt to reconnect that demand and that hope through training and long-term support, not one-off placement. We design the journey from sending off in Indonesia to thriving after return, as one continuous picture.

We build long-lasting relationships, carefully, for both employers and workers.

Our values

Honesty. Truthful information for both workers and employers.

Long-term. 5- to 10-year relationships matter more than annual numbers.

Care. We watch both sides so no one falls through the cracks.

Independence. The Indonesian and Japanese entities operate as equal, independent partners.

Structure

A binational, equal-partner structure.

TSUNAHASHI consists of two entities: the Indonesian training institution and TSUNAHASHI Inc. in Japan. Capital structure, decision-making, and commercial terms are operated independently to prevent conflicts of interest.

Compliance & Independence

The two entities operate as financially independent, equal partners. Indonesian capital sources are kept separate from Japanese management. Prohibited charges on workers, billing items to client companies, and any related-party transactions are disclosed clearly at contract signing. Eliminating perceived conflicts of interest is our top governance discipline.
